The new Institute of Health and Social Care at Llandrillo College main Rhos on Sea campus was a re-development of the existing Mostyn building to provide a facility for the Continuing Professional Development and vocational Higher Education needs of those working in the North Wales Health & Care Sector. Fred Weston Ltd were the successful sub-contractor nominated to undertake the electrical installation on this development, Working closely alongside Atkins Consulting engineers and Anwyl Construction Ltd to provide a complete electrical package with elements ranging from General and Emergency Lighting, Power & IT to BMS, Air Conditioning & Ventilation controls wiring. The development was completed on time with zero defects.
